The all-new 2025 Chevy Tahoe expects a refreshed exterior, eye-catching signature animated lighting on the top-of-the-line Premier and High Country models, and LED daytime running lights.

Chevy is expected to add more exterior colors to choose from, including the new Cypress Gray and Lakeshore Blue (metallic) options.

Based on reports, we anticipate that the beefed-up, off-road warrior 2025 Chevy Tahoe Z71 will get an updated front bumper that improves the approach angle. This trim is also expected to see updates to the skid plate, along with the addition of red tow hooks and Goodyear Territory all-terrain tires.

Inside the 2025 Chevy Tahoe cabin is the large, all-new, best-in-segment 17.7-inch touchscreen, slightly angled towards the driver for ease of use and the feel of a pilot’s dashboard. More designs focused on the driver side also include the gear-selector switches, which are anticipated to transition from the dash to a column-mounted stock, a change from the previous generations.

The updated interior design makes you feel pampered and indulged, with leather seats and genuine wood trim.

Expected advanced technology upgrades in the 2025 Chevy Tahoe include more safety and driver awareness features to assist the driver and increase driver focus. The 2025 Chevy Tahoe will continue to include Chevy’s Safety Assist suite but is expected to add Interior Motion Detection, a feature that detects motion and triggers alerts even after the Tahoe is in park and turned off. These advanced features are designed to make you feel secure and in control.

The 5.3L V8 will still be the standard engine for the 2025 Chevy Tahoe LS, LT, RST, Z71, and Premier. The 6.2L V8 is standard for the High Country trim and is an available option on the RST, Z71, and Premier models.

Reports have been speculating that the second-generation 3.0L turbo-diesel Duramax engine is more powerful, with an anticipated 10% increase in horsepower, rated at 305 horsepower and 495 lb-ft of torque. The refined diesel engine will be offered on every trim for the first time.
