I just went through the process of getting a new Silverado LT. I worked with several people through the process, with Brycen and Jon over the phone, Dasean in the showroom, and Rick the finance manager. From start to finish, it was the easiest car buying experience I ever had. I never felt pressured, their numbers were fair and came with a good explanation. In the end, I felt it was a really fair deal all around. I’ll definitely be coming back.

My husband has been wanting to purchase a truck for quite some time. The time finally came and we searched and searched and ended up at Raceway Chevy. So glad we were patient and didn't take the first one we saw. Eric was our sales guy and he was AMAZING. They told us he was new, but we couldn't tell lol. Not only did the truck have a huge discount, but he got us another 500 off!!! Everyone we dealt with were very nice, sorry I can't remember names, and the process went smoothly. Recently my husband & I were on the hunt for a hard to find Chevy Silverado 3500 gas, dually. I ran into many issues with websites listing these incorrectly & staff not double checking the details, taking trips to dealerships that didn't actually have the truck, so when I came across one available at Raceway I was a little hesitant. I emailed & got a response from Gabbi within minutes. She called me and informed me they had the listed car available. I explained my situation & that we have made trips to dealerships that did not actually have what we needed. She triple checked with her manager (sorry for being a pain lol) and assured me the car we needed was available. She made us an appointment and could not have been more helpful. She's the reason we ended up at Raceway. We then took the 1 and a half hour drive from NJ to PA. When we arrived at Raceway we were immediately greeted by Heather, who could not have made the process ANY easier and more efficient, she even ordered us touch up paint so we did not have to make the trip back to the dealership. We had two toddlers in tow and were kind of dreading the whole situation. I have never been in and out of a dealership so quickly. She even kept an eye on the kids while they ran a muck so that we could talk to the finance guy (sorry I forgot your name but you were great too lol) They were more than happy to let the kids check out all of the showroom cars to try and keep them busy. I think we spent 2 hours total from start to finish which means the world when you have a two and four year old approaching bed time. I wish we didnt live so far because as soon as I convince my husband to buy me a Tahoe we will be back ;) Thank you again! Nicole & Anthony

Travis made everything possible, I’ve purchased over 30 vehicles from sports cars to diesel trucks. Various auto manufacturers from several different states, dealerships, private parties you name it. If Travis was not a player in this deal I would not have drove hours away out of state to make my purchase. Yousef was an excellent team player to work with and the finance team (guy with big beard) can’t shave now man. I wish I remembered his name but he was the finishing touch to a great deal and experience on my 2012 corvette purchase. Like I stated I have been to 100s of dealerships walked away from some ran from others take my word for it and give Travis a visit at Raceway Chevrolet.

Heather D. was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable. She was kind and helped me make a difficult decision to trade in a car and try a completely new model. I never felt pressured to make a quick decision and she made it clear she was available at anytime if I had questions or concerns. Overall a wonderful experience.

This review was made after my second purchase! 3 years ago I leased a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer through Raceway and my sales rep was Michael. Fast forward 3 years, I have leased yet another Trailblazer... again from Michael! Some new faces in management since the last go round, but I'd say even friendlier! Terry, the manager, got involved, he was very kind and straightforward. I did my fair share of research, looked at a few vehicles and ultimately based my decision on not the money alone, although I did get a great deal, but I wanted to work with Raceway again. Taking it to the finish line, pun intended, Rick in finance was helpful and not pushy. Thanks Mike, Terry and team! Great all-around experience... and maybe I can update this review with another great one in 3 years.

Amazing staff and work ethics, especially with the Service Advisor that assisted me with my vehicle, Mr Brad McLain. He able to set me on my way with an oil change and adjusted one of my tire pressure sensors that was malfunctioning for the last 2 weeks. Mr Clain even assured me that it was all covered by the warranty under my vehicle. Great shout out to him and the lovely lady behind the cashier counter that confirmed the warranty paid off the service to my car. If you want to look into getting your car be under goods hands and care, this is the place to do it.

Went in for a state inspection and was told that I also had a free oil change.

My husband and I recently spent some time with Michael up at Raceway Chevrolet of Bethlehem. We had a great experience and Michael was awesome! We have fallen in love with our new Chevy Traverse! Michael was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable not to mention friendly and down to earth! Michael’s knowledge of the different models Chevy had to offer our family was very helpful, we fell in love with the 2023 Traverse because the sleek, sharp look and safety features Michael explained along with the space was just what we needed!
